Attach a privilege tax payment to a filing
Amending a filing creates a new filings with a new filing id. When this takes place if there was an existing payment the record in ptax_filings_transactions is not updated to include a record matching the new filing_id with the existing transaction_id.
Instructions
Locate the filing id by looking it up in Privilege Tax → Views / Lists → Business Owners (View an active business, filing tab column, ID #)
Go to the Payment Tab and copy the corresponding ID listed
In the Database open the ptax_filings_transactions table and create a new entry w/ the updated filing_id and existing transaction_id
