Export Delinquent Tax Report to State

This will explain the process of sending the State a report of the delinquent accounts.

Instructions

1. Open eGov Suite and go to Property Tax → Import/Export column → Unpaid Items / Delinquents

   Open

   

    

2. Use the following settings

   1. Format: STATE FORMAT (IMPACT)

   2. Start Year: Year that Begins Report

   3. End Year: Year that Ends Report

   4. Tax Type: County or City

   5. Personal Property: Include Personal Property

   6. Public Utility: Include Public Utility

   7. Bankruptcy / Appeal: Exclude Bankruptcy/Appeal

   8. Email File To: Cale.Maxfield@cot.tn.gov

   9. Schedule For: This is your preference

   10. Click Schedule Export or press F10 or Click link in Green Bar

       Open

       

        

   11. Open

       

        

3. The report will generate and send to the email you enter at the time you schedule.

4. If you have permissions you will be able to view the export in Scheduled Tasks under the Admin tab
