Move Bill back to Trustee from C&M
This guide will walk you through the moving of a County Bill back to the Trustee from the Clerk and Master (C&M). This process requires authorization from the C&M.
Instructions
Go to Collections Tab → Parcels → Batch Parcel Removal
Use the Search to locate the Bill(s) needing to be removed from the C&M
In Search Results select the Bill needing to be removed. This process can be repeated to get every Bill needing to be removed.
4. Once all Bills are selected click “Recall - Return to Trustee”
5. It will ask to Enter Note for move.
If successful you will get the Green Bar at top of screen letting you know it was recalled.
