Prioritization and story tracking

GBDI Scrum Board - Agile Board - Jira (atlassian.net)

This link will take you to the list of Epics (Projects) we have on our Backlog

Upon clicking and opening one of these epics on a new tab, we can see all the stories under a particular project.

Notice some stories have different status, since this view lets you see all stories under a Project.

We’ll create the story items as we discover the work that needs to be done, and they’d land in that list under the appropriate project. Initially with a Status of “Backlog”.

You can see the General Backlog here.

Then you’d come to the prioritization meeting with the story numbers that need to be actioned next and we’d ensure that each story is allocated to a Sprint.

If you want to see what stories are being allocated to a Sprint, you’d just expand those Sprints.

If you’d like to see what stories are being worked on the current sprint and where exactly they’re at or who’s working on them, you can check the GBDI board

Then at the end of the sprints we’ll have a Sprint Review call, where we’ll discuss what we accomplished, didn’t accomplish, gather feedback, and assess how the backlog will be affected.
