Tentative Road Map till Jan, 2025 (First 4 Sprints)

Sprint Breakdown:

The roadmap consists of four sprints, each lasting 3 weeks (21 days), divided into 2 weeks of development and 1 week of testing and bug fixing.

Here's the detailed breakdown:

MB Sprint 1: ( *Need to update dates in JIRA Board and get permissions to create roadMap time line in JIRA)

Holiday Considerations:

The roadmap takes into account both US and Indian holidays, adjusting sprint dates accordingly. 

The following holidays are incorporated:

• October 2, 2024: Gandhi Jayanti (India)

• October 24, 2024: Diwali (India)

• November 11, 2024: Veterans Day (US)

• November 28, 2024: Thanksgiving (US)

• December 25, 2024: Christmas (US and India)

NOTE: Additional Holidays and vacations Durring Christmas and New Year is not counted in yet, I will update MB Sprint -4 and MB Sprint 5 Plans accordingly after confirmations on dates with Dev team and PMO.

Cool-off Periods/Buffers:

A cool-off period of 3 days has been included after every two sprint cycles. 

This is reflected in the gap between Sprint 2 and Sprint 3, which allows the team to recharge and conduct any necessary planning or retrospective activities.

NOTE : **We Need to incorporate teams PTOs as soon as available to manage bandwidth for each sprint durring Sprint planning sessions.
